Taking this legacy forward, we would like to announce the relaunch of our child brand Colo. Colo is a brand owned by Enkos International, which is enjoying its effective reputation in the industry. Enkos International has always focused on procuring “Make in India” products and by relaunching the Colo Brand; we are aiming to have our own range of products that are going to hit the market hard. Running with a current turnover of 50 Cr. we aim to take it to 150 Cr. In the next three years.

The name ‘Colo’ might not be new to our industry veterans. Let us have a quick brief on the history of this heritage brand:

1. Launched in 1962 under the guidance of Mr. Chandrakant Sheth. We were the first company to introduce ball pens in India.
2. During the year 1969, we were one the verge of exporting our products that marked a good growth of our company.
3. In the year 1980, the government of India handed over the award of the Certification of Merit to us.
4. 1980 was the year when we could assemble the first technical pen under the knowhow of a Germany brand Staedtler. This helped us save foreign currency for our country.
5. Finally, in the year 1987, we could obtain the license to manufacture CROSS pens in India and received the export rights for the same. This was the first time when CROSS ball pens were introduced in the Indian market.

Our aim behind the relaunch of Colo Brand is to bring new products to the market under the following categories:

• Electronics (Gadgets)
• Appliances
• Writing Instruments
• Travel Accessories

By manufacturing our own range of products in India, we are not only targeting to build a bigger brand but also helping our clients choose the products that are quality tested, guaranteed and made in our own country. This move is also helping us support our country in its “Make in India” revolution. We are glad that we are a small part of it too.

The entire range of products manufactured under the Colo Brand will come with strict barcoding, warranty and with a feature of all India sales service. All the products are manufactured keeping in mind the requirements and needs of our young generation.
